Problem: Windows - Filename is too long to delete. Cannot rename file either.
Solution: 7-Zip will allow you to rename the file and then you can delete it. Install 7-Zip on the client computer. After install open 7-Zip and within 7-Zip navigate to the folder/file that will not delete. Right click the file and rename it. Then delete it. Uninstall 7-Zip.
