- Unplug the Ethernet cable from the Touch phone.
- Take the handset off the hook and locate the mute button (The mute button is a small circular button situated in the middle of the handset).
- While holding down the mute button, plug the Ethernet cable back into the phone.
- Continue holding the mute button until you see the "UniFi Talk" logo appear during the phone's boot sequence. Once the logo appears, release the mute button.
- A "Recovery Mode" screen should then be displayed. Use the mute button to navigate to the reset option.
- Long-press the mute button to select the reset option and confirm your selection.
- Once the reset process is complete, long-press the mute button to select the reboot option.
